Website use

This is an informational website. Public Records QC has not added visitor accounts, payment processing, records uploads, advertising trackers, or analytics tools. The hosting platform may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser information, request time, and requested page.

Email inquiries

Selecting an email link opens your email application. Information you choose to send is processed through the Public Records QC Google Workspace mailbox for the purpose of reviewing and responding to your inquiry.

Initial inquiries should not include records, case materials, credentials, confidential information, attachments, or system details.

Sharing and retention

Public Records QC does not sell personal information. Inquiry information may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain an appropriate correspondence record, protect the organization, or satisfy applicable obligations.
